A Place to Grow is an informal drop-in for the whole community held in our Oasis Community Garden at the back of the church (and in our Oasis Hall if it’s cold or wet).
We meet on a Wednesday morning between 10am and 12pm. It’s an opportunity to have a drink, cake and a chat. If you feel like being busy you’d be welcome to help with the many gardening jobs during the year or to join some of those who come in knitting, crocheting or sewing – but many of us just enjoy spending time together chatting.
We welcome everyone – those who are feeling a bit vulnerable and in need of support, and those whose lives are going well at the moment.
With free coffee, tea and cake available, everyone is very welcome.
